Client Stories
Improving spaces is just one small part of what we do together!
Kim is amazing! She busted in my house with “nope, you don’t need to do anything to get ready for me.” She stared at my space and we laughed together as we sorted numerous rooms and closets in a span of 6 hours. She knew what she was doing and showed me how every step of the way. I took what she taught me and applied to to other areas of my home, as is her personal goal. She genuinely cares about her clients and her profession and it shows in beautifully organized spaces. It’s been a week or two and those areas have stayed together and organized: a big deal for me! Kim was amazing. She cares about each and every one of her clients. She did an over the top job. I was so stressed out trying to unpack 9000 lbs of stuff from my precious home. She came in and made it happen so easily. We found things that were broken from the movers and one thing in particular that was so special to me. I was so upset that I just threw it away in tears. It was in pieces and she took it home that evening and brought it back to me the next morning whole again. She and her husband spent the evening glueing it back together. When she presented this to me the next day, I cried tears of joy and thankfulness. I can’t begin to tell you how wonderful she is. Hire her and see for yourself! She made an emotional move for me better than I could have ever imagined! ❤️❤️ Francesca, (Kingwood, Tx)
My master bedroom closet, 9’ x 12’, was absolutely a wreck. You couldn’t even take more than two steps in; it was packed full & a real mess. I’d tried to clean/organize it but never could get it under control. I knew I had to find professional help. I had no idea what to expect working with a “professional organizer “ as this experience was totally new for me. It was above & beyond what I could have imagined! Kim immediately offered a vision and smoothly executed it. I could never have done what she did in two days; it was money very well spent. Her energy and insight are impressive, Kim is truly an experienced professional. I highly recommend her and will definitely use her again. I marvel each time I go in there now, it’s great to be able to see and appreciate what I have. Kim is amazing. Michelle (Bridge City, Tx)
Kim is a wonderful person. She is easy to get along with and works with you not against you. this is a process and she gets it. she gets that not all of have the mental ability to organize their stuff. she is not telling me to get rid of stuff, yet I am. She has motivated me to get rid of stuff that I know I don't need even though she doesn't tell me to. I have been assigned homework and I am eager to do it simply because I want to be 'living simply'. she does a great job and is very hard working. I am amazed of all she does. I usually just stand there in awe. lol. I strongly recommend her to anyone who's home is far from an organized home like mine. still have a ways to go, but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel and can't wait to see my house be a home for my family instead of a 'storage unit'. Kim helped me in more ways than one! As a mom of 4 under 5, life is hectic and unorganized. She took over and completely organized my kitchen (my hub of my home) to help me navigate and be more efficient. I didn’t have to buy tons of expensive organizational storage, she used what I had and made it easy to implement the functionality of the new placements of my everyday items! "After reading article after article about how clutter can affect depression and anxiety, I decided I had to do something. We didn't have a hoarders situation or anything just everyday stuff. Depression makes you not want to do anything. It's hard to make decisions. Every time I would try to do something about the clutter I would just get overwhelmed. So I googled professional organizers and the business Simply Living came up. So I checked out the page and after getting positive feedback about the owner, I decided to see what she had to say. Kim came over and asked what my goals were, got to know things about me and our family and then we set up a plan. She gave me a list of a few things to buy to get started but really tried to use things I already had around the house or things that were very inexpensive. For 3 days we basically did my whole house. She never made me feel shameful or force me to throw things away. I knew that we had too much so I was ready to donate and throw things away. She didn't just come in and organize things the way that made sense to her but did it in a way that would work for our family. She gave us systems that we can use forever! We didn't get to everything I wanted to so I'm going to have her come back and help me get the rest done. This was some of the best money we have spent! Go check out her business page, give her a like and look at some of our before and after pictures Kim, our family is forever grateful, thank you so much! Life changing!!" Shauna (LaPorte, TX)
Positive experience and the amount of time per session was about right too. Work was completed efficiently and Kim maintained a great attitude. I highly recommend Simply Living to "get your house in order"! Jon (Deer Park, Tx)
My husband and I will be traveling for the next year or so and will be relocating after that. I was overwhelmed with the thought of selling almost everything we own —. Kim Kosteck was a lifesaver! She came in with a smile and so much energy helping us to organize for an estate sale. She went above and beyond by posting a video of our home showcasing our furniture for sale and then fielded the inquires. We highly recommend Kim. She was always punctual professional and very accommodating to our wishes. She is a sweetheart of a lady! - Barbara (Port Arthur, Tx)
